What is the difference between the structured programme and regular therapy?

The 8-week  programmes are focused, outcome-oriented pathways with clear goals, structure, and measurable progress, It includes a full assessment followed by structured sessions and practical between-session exercises.

Traditional therapy is more open-ended and exploratory.

Who are the Programmes suitable for?

The programmes are designed for high-functioning adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, burnout, or stress-related physical symptoms who want structure, clarity, and accountability.

Is this self funded?

Yes. The programmes are privately funded by clients and do not require a GP referral.

What if I'm not sure whether anxiety or low mood fits me?

During the initial assessment session, we explore your presentation in depth and agree together which pathway would be most beneficial.

Do I have to complete all 8 weeks?

The programme is designed as a full 8-week intervention to create meaningful progress. However, you remain in control of your care and can discuss any concerns at any stage.

What happens between sessions?

You will be given structured exercises, reflection prompts, and practical regulation tools to embed change. These resources are yours to keep and use independently long term.
