As a Person-Centred Therapist my focus is on supporting you to understand your thoughts, feelings and experiences more deeply, helping you make meaningful changes that lead to greater clarity, inner peace and emotional well-being.
With extensive experience working with both young people and adults, including several years providing bereavement support, I have a background in addressing complex grief, anxiety and depression. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) into my practice, allowing me to create a tailored and flexible approach that reflects your individual needs.
Additionally I am trained to support clients dealing with trauma and PTSD through trauma-focused interventions like EMDR.
