My bespoke 8 week anxiety programme, designed specifically for anxiety, focuses on gentle and consistent support at a pace that feels safe for you. It provides a structured yet flexible approach allowing you the space to explore your experiences while building practical tools for effective anxiety management.
Over the course of eight sessions, we will collaborate to deepen your understanding of anxiety, including identifying triggers, patterns, and its impact on your thoughts, emotions and daily life. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may incorporate cognitive behavioural techniques, grounding strategies and trauma-informed interventions where appropriate.
This programme is particularly beneficial if your anxiety feels overwhelming, persistent or if you find yourself trapped in cycles of worry, fear, or avoidance. The primary focus is not on "fixing" you, but on empowering you to reconnect with a sense of safety, self-compassion and control.

These sessions provide an opportunity to reflect on your experiences, review the work you have completed and shape the next steps in the programme, offering ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout.
