You're not alone. Social anxiety can make everyday situations feel overwhelming whether that's meeting new people, speaking up in groups, or simply feeling comfortable being yourself around others.
I am running a small, supportive 6- week social Anxiety Group starting April in Telford, Shropshire. This group is designed to gently help you understand your anxiety and build confidence in social situations.
To keep the group safe and supportive, spaces are limited to just 6 people.
What the course will focus on`
During the 6 weeks we will explore:
*Understanding why social anxiety happens
*Learning practical tools to calm anxious thoughts
*Managing overthinking and fear of judgement
*Building confidence in social situations
*Gradually feeling more comfortable being yourself around others
This will be a safe, relaxed and supportive space, where everyone attending understands how difficult social anxiety can feel

About me
The group will be facilitated by Fay Daniel Accredited Counsellor and EMDR Practitioner,. I have over 7 years of experience supporting people with anxiety and have personal understanding of how social anxiety can affect confidence and daily life.
