8 week Bespoke Anxiety Programme
My bespoke 8- week anxiety programme is designed to support you gently, consistently, and at a pace that feels safe. It offers a structured yet flexible approach, allowing space to explore your experiences while building a practical tools to manage anxiety more confidently.
Over eight sessions, we will work together to develop an understanding of your anxiety, including triggers, patterns, and the impact it has on your thoughts, emotions, and daily life. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may include elements of Person Centred Therapy, cognitive behavioural techniques, grounding strategies, and trauma-informed interventions where appropriate.
This programme is particularly helpful if anxiety feels overwhelming, persistent, or if you are finding yourself stuck in cycles of worry, fear, or avoidance. The focus is not on "fixing" you, but on supporting you to reconnect with a sense of safety, self-compassion, and control.
Throughout this programme, you will be supported to;
